By accessing or using Gig Snatcher ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Gig Snatcher. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, using the Service for illegal purposes, generating content that violates third-party rights, or abusing AI generation features in ways that violate our policies.
Paid features require a valid payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. One-time credit purchases are non-refundable once used. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The content you create using Gig Snatcher (including your resumes and cover letters) remains yours. Gig Snatcher retains ownership of the platform, AI models, templates, and all underlying technology. You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the Service.
Our AI tools generate content based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before use. Gig Snatcher does not guarantee accuracy or fitness for any specific purpose of AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated resumes will result in job offers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gig Snatcher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
GigSnatcher and its AI-powered tools, including resume builders, cover letter generators, ATS optimization features, and all related services, are provided for informational and productivity purposes only. Use of GigSnatcher does not guarantee, promise, or imply any employment outcome, including but not limited to securing a job interview, receiving a job offer, or obtaining employment of any kind. Employment results depend on a wide range of factors outside the control of GigSnatcher, including but not limited to a user's individual qualifications, work experience, education, geographic location, industry conditions, employer preferences, and the overall state of the labor market. GigSnatcher makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, that use of its platform will improve a user's chances of employment or produce any particular result. GigSnatcher is designed to assist users in organizing, refining, and presenting their professional experience more effectively. It is a tool intended to reduce the effort involved in the job application process, not a service that can influence, control, or predict hiring decisions made by third-party employers. By using GigSnatcher, you acknowledge and agree that the platform is not responsible for any employment outcome or lack thereof, and that all hiring decisions rest solely with prospective employers.
